The Tarrytown Lakes have been treasured for well over a century as precious and unique community asset that have offered village residents a peaceful oasis of great natural beauty and provided a broad range of recreational opportunities.
The entire community agrees that Tarrytown Lakes are valuable assets which add tremendously to the community character, quality of life, and the property values in the Village. While they are highly valued by Tarrytowns’ residents, the Tarrytown Lakes and their watershed have been neglected, and they need prompt and focused attention and concrete action in order to survive.
Saturday, April 20th - Tarrytown Lakes Clean-Up
From 10 a.m. to 3p.m.
Meeting Place: Tarrytown Lakes parking lot (corner of Neperan Road and Sunnyside Ave). Bring a bag lunch and a reuseable water bottle.

Think Globally, Act Locally
We will be collecting discarded trash so please bring your gardening gloves if you have them. Gardening tools like rakes, lopper and pruning saws are great too.
Please remember to check for deer ticks after any outdoor activity.
Interesting in joining the Volunteer Crew to cut and remove those nasty invasive vines around the Tarrytown Lakes?
The vines are literally killing the trees.
It's Back
After being out of commission for five plus years due to vandalism the pull up bar on the Lakes trail is back. How many pull ups can you do?
